    I recommend booking a FREE Discovery Consultation first to see if we are a good fit for each other. This allows me to help you create a success plan unique to you to help you create the best outcome.

  • Cancellation and Refund Policy

    Life happens! Rescheduling of your appointment are allowed up to 24 hours ahead of time via a link on your appointment confirmation.

    If you need to reschedule closer than that, please email me, and we can work together towards a mutual solution.
    If I haven’t heard from you, and no one shows up, I will connect with your energy and do the session remotely. The results of what was cleared will be sent to you via email.

    ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS, no exceptions. Gift certificates expire one year from purchase. If you need a one time extension, please email me. I will extend for an additional 3 months.

    By making a purchase on the Healing4HeartsLLC website and/or scheduling page, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the Healing4HeartsLLC Cancellation and Refund Policy.

  • Remote/Email Policy

    If a remote or email session is scheduled, please note there is flexibility with these sessions and they may or may not be completed on the scheduled date, but will be completed within 72 hours. Session notes are emailed when completed. Thank you in advance for understanding.

  • Emergency Sessions

    Need an emergency session? If I can accommodate a quicker date/time than what is currently available on my calendar, there is a 20%-50% upcharge, depending on the urgency and availability.

    The upcharges are: 20% for within a week to 72 hours, 40% within 48 hours and 50% for within 24 hours. Applies to single sessions only. Does not include packages.

    Please book as a regular available appointment and email me to ask if I can accommodate a quicker session, plus what your best dates/times are. I will provide you with options. If we can agree on a date/time that works for both of us, I will invoice you for the 20%-50% upcharge. Once payment for the upcharge is received, I will move up your appointment to the agreed upon date/time. Thank you.
